How we work
RPO and RTO
We agree how much data you can afford to lose and how fast you must be back. That sets the frequency and the type of copies.
3-2-1 implementation
A local copy for fast restores, an offsite copy for disaster, encryption end to end.
Immutable copy
At least one copy cannot be changed or deleted until retention expires, not even by a compromised admin account.
Monthly restore test
We actually restore a server or a set of files and record the result in the monthly report.

Frequent questions
Is Microsoft 365 not already backed up?
Microsoft guarantees service availability, not recovery of data deleted past the retention window. Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive and Teams need their own backup.
How long are copies kept?
By default 30 days for fast restores and 12 months in the offsite copy. Retention is adjusted to your requirements.
How long does a restore take?
A file or a mailbox, minutes. A full server, a few hours, depending on volume and internet link.
Can an attacker delete the backup?
Not the immutable copy. That is exactly why it exists: it stays locked until retention expires, even if the rest of the network is compromised.
