Standard scope. It can be trimmed or extended per client, and what we agree ends up in the contract.

  • Dedicated IT consulting with one owner
  • Full infrastructure documentation
  • Single Point of Contact service
  • Annual IT audit with a written report
  • Monthly activity reporting
  • Support for purchasing and vendor quotes
  • Warranty and licence management
  • A 12-month IT investment plan

How we work

01

Initial audit

We inventory the devices, licences, admin accounts and the way your people actually work. One to three days, depending on size.

02

Plan and priorities

You get the risk list ordered by impact and cost: what gets fixed in month one and what goes into the annual budget.

03

Monthly operation

A dedicated technical manager, a 30-minute monthly meeting and a report on what was done, what was spent and what comes next.

04

Annual audit

Once a year we redo the full audit and refresh the plan for the next 12 months.

What you receive on paper

Documents, not promises. Everything below stays your company property.

  • A register of devices, licences and warranties
  • Network diagram and infrastructure documentation
  • Monthly activity report

What you get out of it

You know what you own

Inventory, licences, warranties and diagrams in one place, kept current.

You budget ahead

You see which devices leave warranty and which licences expire, in advance.

You depend on no single person

The documentation stays with you, whoever does the work.

Frequent questions

Do you replace an in-house IT person?

For companies up to roughly 50 workstations, usually yes. Above that we work alongside your own person: they handle the day to day, we hold infrastructure, security and backup.

Who owns the documentation?

Your company. On request you get the whole package, admin accounts included, within five working days.

How long does onboarding take?

Two to four weeks for a company of 20-50 workstations, with active support from day one.

What if we cancel?

We hand over the documentation and admin accounts, with no exit fee. Notice period is 30 days.

Want this in your company?

Tell us how many workstations and sites you have and you get a firm price in two working days.
