Services / Monitoring & Maintenance
We see problems before you feel them
An agent on every device sends us the alerts: a failing disk, a missing update, a failed backup, space running out. We step in before somebody stops working.
What it includes
Standard scope. It can be trimmed or extended per client, and what we agree ends up in the contract.
- PC and laptop monitoring, 24/7
- Server, network and cloud service monitoring
- Patch management for Windows and applications
- Software maintenance and configuration clean-up
- Microsoft and Google tenant management
- Hardware maintenance and planned replacements
- Printer and consumables maintenance
- A monthly maintenance sheet per device
How we work
Agent rollout
We install the monitoring agent on workstations, servers and network gear. A few hours, with no interruption to work.
Thresholds and alerts
We define what counts as a real alert: space under 15%, degrading SMART, a stopped service, a failed backup, temperature over limit.
Handling alerts
Alerts go straight to a technician. Critical ones are handled immediately, the rest enter planned maintenance.
The monthly sheet
At month end you get what was checked, what was applied and what we recommend for next month.
What you receive on paper
Documents, not promises. Everything below stays your company property.
- A monthly maintenance sheet for every device
- The list of updates applied and deferred
- Availability report for servers and internet
- A list of recommended replacements, with dates
Technologies we use
What you get out of it
Fewer stoppages
Most failures are caught by an alert, not by a complaint.
Equipment that lasts
Replacements are planned, not done in a panic.
Proof of the work
Every check appears in the report, with a date and a result.
Frequent questions
What exactly does the agent see?
The technical state of the device: hardware, services, updates, space, errors. We do not read documents, mail or personal traffic.
Does it use resources?
Practically unnoticeable on any recent machine. Heavy checks run outside working hours.
What happens to an alert at night?
On plans with extended support, critical alerts are handled out of hours. On the others, first thing on the next working day.
Do you cover home laptops?
Yes, as long as the laptop connects to the internet from time to time.
