1. Provider identification

SymData SRL, registered office in Bucharest. Contact: office@symdata.ro, phone +40 741 509 618. Full identification details are included in the service contract and on every invoice.

2. Scope of services

SymData provides IT management, support and helpdesk, monitoring and maintenance, infrastructure and virtualization, IT security, backup and continuity services.

Descriptions on this website are informative. The exact scope, covered equipment and number of users are those in the contract annexes.

3. Quotes and contracting

Requests submitted through the website do not constitute a contract. An offer becomes firm after the infrastructure assessment and is valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise.

Delivery starts after the contract is signed and, where necessary, after administrative access is handed over.

4. Prices and payment

Subscriptions are invoiced monthly in advance, based on the number of covered workstations and sites. Work outside the subscription is quoted separately before execution.

The payment term is the one stated in the contract. Late payment may lead to suspension of services, with prior notice.

5. Obligations of the parties

We deliver with qualified personnel, within the agreed windows and service levels, and keep the documentation current. We inform the client of risks and of work that may interrupt the business.

The client provides access to equipment and accounts, designates a contact person, communicates infrastructure changes and is responsible for lawful software licensing.

6. Service levels and limits

Response times are counted within the agreed working window, from the moment the request is registered. Resolution time depends on the nature of the issue and on third-party availability.

We are not liable for the unavailability of third-party services such as internet links, cloud services or other vendors applications.

7. Confidentiality

We treat as confidential all information we access while delivering the services, including after termination. Technician access is performed through named accounts, with logging.

8. Liability

SymData liability is limited to the value of services invoiced in the last three months, within the limits allowed by law. We are not liable for indirect losses or data loss where the client declined the recommended backup solution.

9. Term and termination

The contract may be terminated unilaterally with 30 days notice. On termination we hand over the infrastructure documentation and administrative accounts, with no exit fees.

10. Applicable law

The relationship is governed by Romanian law. Disputes are settled amicably, failing which by the competent courts at the provider registered office.
