Managed security, not just an installed antivirus
An antivirus left to the user is not security. We manage the policies, review the quarantine, control the rights and regularly scan for what can be exploited.
What it includes
Standard scope. It can be trimmed or extended per client, and what we agree ends up in the contract.
- Bitdefender GravityZone antivirus
- Antivirus management and central policies
- Firewall: rules, segmentation, remote access
- User security and MFA
- Password management with a company vault
- Periodic vulnerability scanning
- Control of folder and application rights
- Short user training on phishing
How we work
Attack surface assessment
What is exposed to the internet, which accounts hold admin rights, which systems no longer get updates.
Policy implementation
Antivirus with central policies, MFA on mail accounts, least privilege, closed ports.
Monitoring and response
Security alerts come to us. An infected device is isolated from the network and cleaned.
Scanning and review
We scan for vulnerabilities on a schedule and review accounts and rights, with a report at the end.
What you receive on paper
Documents, not promises. Everything below stays your company property.
- Vulnerability report, prioritised by risk
- Documented security policies
- Register of accounts, rights and remote access
- Monthly report of incidents and alerts
Technologies we use
What you get out of it
A smaller attack surface
Least privilege, closed ports, controlled remote access.
Incidents handled, not ignored
Alerts come to us and get an answer, with a report at the end.
Answers for your own clients
Security questionnaires in contracts already have documented answers.
Frequent questions
Is the antivirus licence included?
Yes, on the plans that include security. The licence is in your company name and stays with you.
What do you do in a ransomware case?
We isolate the affected devices, stop the spread, assess what was encrypted and start the restore from the immutable backup copy.
Do you help with GDPR or NIS2 requirements?
We are not legal advisers, but we cover the technical side: controlled access, logging, tested backup, documentation and reporting.
Do you need administrator rights?
Yes, on separate named accounts, with passwords in a vault and audited access. The accounts remain your company property.
